How do I add a subscription?

You can add subscriptions in three ways: tap the + button on the home screen to enter details manually, take a screenshot of a confirmation email and import it, or browse our directory of 100+ popular services.

Is ReNood free?

Yes! ReNood is free for up to 5 active subscriptions. Our Pro and Tribe+ plans unlock unlimited subscriptions, Tribe creation, and premium features.

What are Tribes?

Tribes are groups you create with people you share subscriptions with — roommates, family, or friends. Everyone sees their share, marks when they've paid, and the payer confirms. No awkward texts needed.

Does ReNood access my bank account?

No. ReNood never accesses your bank accounts, credit cards, or payment methods. All subscription data is entered by you, either manually or through screenshot import.

How do reminders work?

You can set reminders for each subscription — 3 days before, 1 day before, or on the renewal day. We'll send a gentle push notification so you're never caught off guard.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can request a full export of your subscription data at any time through the app settings. We believe your data belongs to you.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email us at privacy@renood.com.

Is my financial data safe?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Row Level Security to ensure you can only access your own data. We never sell or share your information with advertisers.
